Flashbacks

I am feeling a little better after losing about a pint of blood while I was sick. I had very bad abdominal pain when I went to my parents house for Thanksgiving but I should be better in a few days. I'm still a little weak.

I've been Having flashbacks of being in Wilmar CBHH. I won't go into detail but seizures, lock downs, the cops being called, and people going monkey shit were common place. It was the first time i thought I was going to have to kill to protect my self that didn't involve a rabid animal.
